Buying, selling, or renting Condo hotels

Condo hotels are usually high-rise buildings developed and operated as luxury hotels. The concept has been around for quite some time and is found in almost every country around the world. In essence, Condo hotels are really hotels that have condominium units which are sold to someone who wants a vacation home. The owners can opt to keep the units so that it will be available to them anytime they want, or they can rent it out to the hotel so that the hotel management can use it just like any other hotel room. In most of these arrangements, the owners are given a number of free days in a year to stay in any available rooms in the hotel, so that he will still have someplace to stay as his unit is being rented out.
