Welcome polymaths !

Ever get the feeling that you seem to don't know what to do with your life because there are just so many things that you want to do ? I know, I've been there, so welcome to the club.

My name is Zigfred Diaz and I am a polymath. After more than 6 years of bloging about almost anything under the sun and having sort of a "blogging identity crisis." I've finally embraced who I am and decided to turn my main blog into some sort of guide for people with so much interest. Feel free to poke around.

Weight loss is big business these days. People are certainly trying to loose the excess weight either for health reasons or aesthetic reasons. But regardless of the reason, the only sure winners I see in the battle against flab is not those who are trying to loose weight, but rather those in the weight loss […]

June 5, 2008 by Zigfred Diaz Leave a Comment

Later on the popular LASIK procedure in laser eye surgery was introduced. I wanted to get a laser surgery, not because I don’t believe glasses are cool. In […]

Treadmills vs. stationary bikes

June 2, 2008 by Zigfred Diaz 1 Comment

My mom gave me a stationary bike. She said that I should quit being a coach potato and instead of just lying down while watching my favorite show, I should work out on a stationary bike for just 15 minutes a day. Good advice, I just hope I will have the discipline to be consistent […]
