This coming Monday, July 26, 2010, all eyes will be glued to their television sets and the entire Philippine nation will literally come to a halt as people will be listening to President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino’s 2010 State of the Nation address. (Or Commonly referred to as the Noyoy Aquino SONA 2010) on television or in live streaming through the internet, or probably wait for the videos uploaded to youtube or the various video sharing sites. This is the first SONA of President Aquino since assuming office last June 30, 2010. What makes this SONA very special and very well anticipated is the fact that the office of the president has declared that the SONA of President Aquino will have “shock and awe value” as it will reveal “shocking” anomalies aside from the depletion of the P1.54-trillion national budget and calamity fund.
