My name is Zigfred Diaz and I am a polymath. After more than 6 years of bloging about almost anything under the sun and having sort of a "blogging identity crisis." 13th Japanese film festival in Cebu 2011

My friend who used to work at the Japanese embassy informed me that in celebration of the Philippine-Japan friendship month, the Japanese embassy along with other sponsors will be featuring the  13th Japanese Film Festival which will run from August 2 to 7, 2011 in Ayala cinema Cebu city, Cebu. "Eiga Sai" which literally means "Film Festival" will feature some of Japan's award winning films. This year's featured films include Departures (81st Academy Award "Best Foreign Language Film" 2009), The Summit: Chronicle of Stones, The Chef of South Polar, One Million Yen Girl, Your Friend, Yunagi City, Sakura Country, Summer Days with Coo, Climber's High, Feel the Wind and Villon's Wife.
