I taught at my alma mater, Cebu Institute of Tehcnology University, College of Industrial Engineering. Being a blogger for several years, in my classes I always presented the idea of making money online through blogging. Every semester, I hammered this idea into their heads. I’ve always believed that the internet is the future and a goldmine. We live in very exciting times and the internet is fast changing our society. I’ve encouraged students to be more active in exploring and exploiting opportunities online, especially in the field of blogging and social media which is a current hot trend and will continue to be a trend in the next few years. I just recently learned about the Top Business Blog Awards (Category: Finance) which is being started by Online MBA.. Nominations and Voting for next year's 2011 award have already begun The contest highlights the very best blogs about finance on the internet as selected by a panel of 5 judges. The purpose of the awards is to thank blog authors for their contribution toward the world wide web we all use & enjoy. I don’t think there is any kind of material eward for this like a new htc desire,  car or house hehehehe :-) because I have not read it anywhere, but anyway being recognized as one of the best blogs in finance is certainly worth it all. Last September a friend invited me to join Paybox, which promises you with a start up $25.00 and $10.00 for every referral. The sign up cost you nothing and you only need to spend less than 2 minutes of your time for signing up. I have to admit the first thing that went through my mind is thing you are thinking that is why probably you landed on this post and that is “IS PAYBOX A SCAM ?” Anyway, I just signed up. I trusted this friend of mine. After I posted my referral url in facebook and started promoting the service, people were asking me if paybox is a scam. I told them, if it was than nothing would be lost as you are not required to pay anything. You don’t even waste time. (Not unless you are Bill Gates wherein you make $300 per second) All you need to do to earn is refer somebody to sign up using your customized referral url.
