My name is Zigfred Diaz and I am a polymath. After more than 6 years of bloging about almost anything under the sun and having sort of a "blogging identity crisis." Health is wealth. . . But who is getting really wealthy?

Health is wealth. We use to often hear that saying. The phrase actually means that if you have good health you are wealthy, for the true measure of wealth is not only money. But could this saying have a different meaning? What if the saying has a literal meaning for some people? Well, in the Philippines for some it really does. Today the market is saturated with so called “Herbal food supplements” and savvy business people are catching on to this herbal food supplements food craze. I have nothing against herbal food supplements. In fact I take several of them myself everyday. Some of them are even highly recommended by good and reputable doctors. What I am against is the marketing of this product as a “cure all.” While it is true that some herbal food supplements are very effective against certain diseases, the fact that the Philippines’ bureau of food and drugs has only labeled these products as “food supplements” they should only be marketed as such. Weight loss tips?

I am in no position to give out weight loss tips since I am overweight. I’ve tried a lot of exercise machines and programs, diet regimens, pills and other gimmicks and fads out there. The only thing I haven’t done is surgery (gastric bypass or liposuction) which I don’t dream of ever doing. I am not saying that any of the above that I tried to loose weight are not effective. They probably are. It’s just that I am too lazy or inconsistent to exercise or follow the diet regimen strictly. As for pills, there are some pills that may work for you but may work for me. There is one pill however that really made me loss weight. In fact I lost a considerable amount of weight that I adjusted my belt buckle 3 notches. I enjoyed it for sometime about 4 to 5 months. However I stopped taking the pill because I couldn’t sleep. I do not feel hungry at all. I think it will make me go crazy, so I stopped taking it. As I wrote in my pervious posts, one of the greatest sources of a higher traffic is the optimization of the proper keywords and in order to do this we must be able to search out high trend, low density keywords or what I call personally as HITLOD. Ghosts in your basement ?

My grandparents have a basement in their old house. When I was a kid they used to tell us not to go in there because there are some “spirits” living there. In fact a lot of people tell us a lot of ghost stories connected with such basement. I always thought that they were only trying to scare us because they do not want us to touch any of their stuff stored there. Unfortunately, the stories stuck with some of my cousins, aunts and uncles. Later on the old house was converted into a school and the basement was utilized as a classroom. The teacher and the students stopped holding classes there because a lot of students got sick and that there were this strange feeling and odor in the basement. The living in the basement ghost story became alive again. Although I believe in evil spirits but I do not believe that they do not lurk around my grandparent’s basement.
